Instructions

  • Complete form and submit through the above link
  • Once submitted, you will receive an email with the application attached
  • Follow instructions within the email to complete the process

NOTE: Application MUST be submitted 45 days prior to the first day of the event.

  • Must submit application filled out completely and signed
  • Must submit a detailed Agenda with times and total clock hours
  • Must submit individual Registration for SCECHs Form for each participant
    • For CCRESA events - this form is included in the ABC registration process
    • For local districts, please download the form by clicking here

Participants:

  • Must attend the entire event to earn SCECH
  • Must fill out online evaluation in Secured Central Registry (SCR) within 30 days from upload to MDE to receive SCECH credit for event.

New Teacher Mentor, Supervising Counselor/Psychologist, Supervising Student Teacher 2017-2018 SCECH Application

New Teacher Mentor, Supervising Teacher must supervise intern/student teacher not less than 8 weeks.

  • Must submit an evaluation of student teacher/intern or mentee
  • Must submit verification form
  • Must submit an Activity Log

Participants can earn 25 SCECHs for full placement period not less than 8 weeks, with a maximum of 75 SCECHs within a five-year period.

School Committee or School Improvement SCECH Application 2017-2018

Must submit completed application by October 1, 2018

  • Must submit SCECH sign-in form, signed by committee chairperson no later than June 1, 2018. 
  • Must submit Agendas for each meeting no later than June 1, 2018.

Participants:

  • Must attend no less than 6 meetings or 75% of meetings (whichever is greater) to earn SCECH credit.

Participants can earn 25 SCECHs for full year, with a maximum of 75 SCECHs within a five year period.
