Strengthening Families Program

An evidence-based parenting skills, children's social skills, and family life skills training program specifically designed for high-risk families.

Clinton County Pregnancy to Preschool

A family-centered approach to connect individuals and families to early childhood services and information. Referrals can be made to WIC, Maternal Infant Health Program, Community Mental Health, Early Head Start, Head Start and Great Start Readiness Program (GSRP). If you are pregnant and/or have children under age 5, complete an intake application online or call (855) 644-7735.

Clinton County Referral Form

This form is to refer individuals, 3 to 26, for possible special education services. When a referral is received, the parent or legal guardian will be contacted in order to discuss the referral and a possible evaluation for special education services
