District Surveys
Section 164k of Public Act 15 requires intermediate school districts to ensure that student survey questions and results are made available to the public, posted on the district's website and that parents and legal guardians are notified of the survey. Below is a list of Clinton County RESA's surveys and results:

Student Perception Survey Results
Overall:
In all, 31 students responded, an increase of nearly 400% from the previous year (8 responses)
- Students ranked the Education Center at a 3.36/4
- The national average is 3.12/4
- Students ranked CCRESA an average of .24 higher than the national average!
Celebrations:
The top categories our students ranked the Education Center, with scores over 3.5:
- There is an adult at my school who will help me if I need it (3.84)
- Teachers treat me with respect (3.61)
- My school wants me to do well (3.58)
Other High-Ranking Areas:
Students at the Education Center also ranked these areas as high, above 3.4/4:
- My school has clear rules for behavior (3.45)
- I feel safe at school (3.42)
- Good behavior is noticed at my school (3.42)
Areas for Improvement:
The following area was identified as an area for improvement based on the student responses, and was the only response area below the national average:
- I feel like I do well in school (2.9)
As a school, we are always looking for ways to recognize student achievement. The results of this survey tell us we still have work to do. We are always open to collaborate on ways to increase student recognition for the great work they do each and every day!
Family Perception Survey Results
Overall:
- In all, 16 families responded, an increase of 7 respondents from last year!
- Families ranked the Education Center at a 3.71/4○ -The national average is 3.55/4
- Families ranked CCRESA an average of .16 higher than the national average!
Celebrations:
The top categories our families ranked the Education Center, each with a score of 3.94/4:
- My student’s building is well-maintained
- All students are treated fairly
- My student feels successful
- My student feels safe
- My student’s school sets clear behavioral expectations
Other High-Ranking Areas:
Families ranked the Education Center at 3.88/4 in the following areas:
- Teachers at my student’s school work hard to make sure that students do well
- My student feels safe going to and from school
- Teachers at my student’s school keep their classroom clean and organized
Areas for Improvement:
The following two areas were identified as areas to improve based on the responses from our families:
- I am actively involved in activities at my students’ school 3.13
- I frequently volunteer to help on special projects at my students’ school 2.25
